So many trainers and people in the fitness industry have made nutrition a lot more complicated than it needs to be. Yes there’s definitely some science behind a proper nutrition plan. But here’s what I’ve noticed in the industry. Every few months someone is raving about a new nutrition plan or diet that is going to change the world. Which for most people becomes something new to read about, research, and try! So I’m this podcast I want to simplify nutrition. I’m not saying that the vast number of nutrition/diet programs are not beneficial and that some of them do not work. What I’m saying is for the average person that is simply looking to improve their overall health and get in better shape, this simple information can be a great start.
